I have heard an interview on the radio and it was about online shopping and I thought you might be interested because online shopping gets very popular.
Basically what it said were some facts about online shopping.
Ann, who speaks in the interview, thought that the retailers don't make any money and the most people enjoy "normal" shopping with theire family or friends.
This facts say that the psychology of Internet shopping is wrong.
Of course there are some good facts about ut, for example it is easy and very comfortable to shop on the Internet.
A few online shops gone bankrupt, because no one bought the things which the shop sold.
So if they don't have customers they can't earn money.
The online banking, for example, is a very successful shop on the Internet. It's growing 80 % a year in Europe.
80 % of EasyJet tickets are ordered online, so the budget airlines also grow a lot.
Finally my question to you is, have you ever bought things online?
